What we look for in a Candidate
We are looking for candidates who combine strong analytical abilities with good technical skills. We are interested in competent candidates who want to further develop their technical skills and expertise. They should be patient, but at the same time thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to take effective action. The majority of new graduates don’t have much work experience, so it’s important that potential candidates can demonstrate a good combination of strong academic results and involvement in extracurricular activities.
ICT Sales Professionals
Candidate should have minimum 4 + years sales experience in converged ICT & ELV solutions in the enterprise market with a proven track record for providing turnkey solutions, experience in handling tenders and RFP and experience in selling CISCO, Alcatel Lucent, Avaya or similar ICT / ELV products / solutions and adaptive in working within a multinational and multicultural environment.
Candidates should have:
- Strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions
- Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles
- Technical expertise of portfolio/equipment are added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with regards to verbal and written communications, organization, and conducting presentations
- Knowledge of LAN and/or WAN networks
- Experience in selling Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions, IP Communications including Telephony and Call Centers, Network Security, Wireless and Mobility, Data Center technologies, Data and Video integration, storage solutions and scalable network architectures
- Strong ability to work within a team atmosphere to reach the common goal and strategies of the company
- Sales certification of Cisco, Avaya or Alcatel Lucent will be a plus
